Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’  notice via email. If you find yourself unexpectedly unwell on the day of your consult,  please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. 

Please note that a cancellation policy applies to last minute cancellations and last  minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are charged 50% of the Service fee. 

PAYMENT TERMS

Security Policy

Payment can be made at the time of booking online, before the treatment. I do not accept payment via cash. Credit or debit card is the accepted form of payment. In some cases, I may accept payment via direct bank deposit.

Forms of Payment

All online payments are processed through online debit /credit card  payments. I do not store your card details.

Currency & GST

All amounts quoted and charged are in Australian dollars. I am not registered for  GST; therefore, my prices do not include GST.

Delivery

All the Online Healing treatments are done via Zoom.

Energy healing practitioner do not diagnose medical conditions, nor do they perform  medical treatment, prescribe substances or interfere with the treatment of a licensed  medical professional.

However,  if you do not provide me with accurate information about your health, I may not be  able to offer you the most appropriate treatment for your condition and therefore you  may not see the results you desire. You must provide me with full and accurate  information about your diagnosed medical conditions, medications.
