From Non-Meditator to Meditation Enthusiast: My Journey of Inner Transformation

Let me take you on a journey of how I transformed from a non-meditator to a passionate meditation enthusiast. For many years, my mind was preoccupied with worries, stress, and anxiety. I struggled to find stillness and quietude within myself. However, through my healing journey, I discovered the profound benefits of meditation. Body: In the early stages of my healing journey, my guru advised me to meditate daily for 20-30 minutes. Initially, I resisted the idea, viewing it as a waste of time. My mind was constantly racing with thoughts of work, future plans, and daily responsibilities. My ego came up with various excuses to avoid meditation—being too busy, needing additional sleep, or preferring to indulge in entertainment.

When I did attempt to meditate, I struggled to quiet my mind. It seemed impossible to still my thoughts and be fully present. In some cases, I would fall asleep within a few minutes of starting a meditation session. My CD player would continue playing the meditation track, but I would drift off into sleep. I soon realized that sitting on my bed was not conducive to maintaining a meditative state.

Determined to make a change, I altered my approach and began meditating early in the morning before work. This shift made a significant difference. I felt intense energies, with my crown chakra tingling and expanding. My body entered a blissful state, so much so that I couldn’t open my eyes for up to 45 minutes. To ensure I returned to my body, I had to set an alarm. This heightened energy and sense of calmness lasted throughout the day. People around me noticed the change—I appeared more relaxed, centered, and less reactive.

One remarkable realization occurred when I had a boss known for his anger and tension in the office. He rarely smiled or showed kindness to anyone. To my surprise, he expressed a desire to work in my room, as he felt happy and less prone to anger when he was there. This revelation made me understand that my meditation practice not only affected me but also had a positive influence on others. I began meditating twice a day, and sometimes even during lunch breaks, to maintain inner peace and radiate calmness.

I discovered that meditation was the key to unlocking my inherent healing and psychic abilities. It became a daily practice for me and, at times, a shared experience with my family. My son, fortunately, did not need a boss like mine to embrace meditation—he developed a natural love for it. I now treasure the moments of stillness and connection that meditation brings.

My journey from being a non-meditator to becoming a meditation enthusiast has been transformative. Through meditation, I found inner peace, heightened awareness, and a deep connection with my spiritual self.
